When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours, however some custom made, personalized or special order items may take 10-14 business days. Special order and Custom Made items are indicated as such in the description so please read each description carefully. Listed shipping times are approximate. Expedited shipping is available on most items; contact seller for details. Please make sure you are aware if an item is personalized or special order. EACH PRODUCT PAGE LISTS THE SHIPPING TIME FRAME. MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF THE TIME FRAME FOR EACH PRODUCT. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES ARE APPROXIMATE.
Is there a restocking fee for return merchandise?
We charge a 20% restocking fee on any order returned, refused or considered undeliverable.
Orders may be cancelled at any time as long as they have not already gone to the shipping department. Special order items will incur a 20% cancellation fee if item has already been ordered. Custom Made items can not be cancelled after 48 hours. No cancellation fee will be incurred on special order or custom made items if cancellation is within 24 hours of receipt of order. No order can be cancelled once it has already shipped.
What is your return policy?
-We will accept returns on defective or damaged merchandise provided the claim is made within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Damaged and/or defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded. All other returns will be accepted for exchange, or account credit, provided a return authorization number has been requested within 7 days of customer's receipt of merchandise.
-If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact seller immediately. Please have your order number when you call.
-Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.
-Absolutely NO returns on personalized items.
-All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
-All return requests must be made within 7 days of customer's receipt of merchandise.
-RA#s issued will expire if return is not received within 5 days of issuance.
-Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.
-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.
-Custom Made orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 48 hours.
-All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges.
-No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives. Any package returned to our warehouse without an RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box will be refused.
-Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
-Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinue without notice.
Do you ship internationally?
Most items ship to US and Canada only. If an item ships internationally it will say so in the description. Shipping prices listed on the site are for the US only. If you'd like to ship to Canada, please contact us for shipping quote.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, on most items. Please contact seller to see if the item you are interested in is available for this service. Gift messages are free of charge. Please note any message in the notes section during order entry. We also offer gift wrapping on select items for an additional $7. Gift wrapping is listed as a separate line item. Please order it along with your item and we will be happy to giftwrap your items for you.
